Digital-product refund treatment
This policy is effective from 2026-08-22. Because a digital product may be accessed or copied after delivery, a purchase will normally be final after successful digital delivery or access. This is not an absolute no-refund rule. CHU Studio will consider a reasonable remedy or refund for a duplicate charge, a charge without successful delivery, a materially defective or unusable supplied product, a product that materially differs from its published description, or a material issue that CHU cannot remedy within a reasonable period. A refund will also be handled where required by applicable law or processed by the relevant payment provider. A simple change of mind after successful digital delivery will normally not qualify, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Stripe is not the Merchant of Record for the AI Operator Workflow flow; CHU KIT LUN remains responsible for reviewing support, refund, and dispute matters within the applicable provider and legal process.
